Suzanne van de Groep
Suzanne studied Developmental Psychology (Research) at Leiden University. In the second year of her research master she joined the Brain and Development Research Center for her internship and thesis. Her thesis focused on the relationship between prosocial behavior and reward sensitivity. After obtaining her master's degree (Cum Laude) in 2016 she joined the Brain and Development Research Center as a research assistant. In January 2017 she started her PhD project on the neural basis of prosocial development in adolescence, supervised by Dr. Kiki Zanolie and Prof. Eveline Crone. Suzanne is mainly interested in (pro)social behavior, development, emotion, cognition, and the brain.
