Eveline has won the NWO Spinoza Prize, the highest scientific distinction in the Netherlands! Eveline has been given this prize for her exceptional, pioneering, and inspiring work on decision making in adolescence. Eveline's research has been key in understanding the way in which young people make decisions. Eveline investigates adolescence not only in terms of vulnerabilities (e.g., risk taking), but also in terms of opportunities (e.g., prosocial behavior, creativity).
With the Spinoza Prize Eveline plans to combine current research projects to investigate links between these vulnerabilities and opportunities in adolescence.
